I have written before, but I don’t think my letter was delivered. Please forgive for bothering you, but it is of such urgency, that I have to write to you. We have been told that there is the possibility of experts such as entrepreneurs, doctors etc. being called back, but it is always dependent on the prefect himself. In our case that would be your husband. I don’t think I have to give you a detailed account of our situation for I am sure you know. I would be forever in your dept, if you could help us. If you had been there at our departure maybe things would have turned out differently.
