Rădăuţi 1/12.941.
Mister Hörer,
We have received your p[ost]-c[ard] and are responding to you today, 01.12. a.c. I returned back home November 7th 1941. Thus far we are all well, and hopefully you are too. For the moment, it´s just us living in the house. But we are hoping to move to Bălţi on business, I´m waiting for the transfer from the Ministery. I went to see Mr Stein Ab. And I inquired of him what you had written me about and he said that the formalities have been dealt with for a number of people, but we haven´t yet seen any outcome whatsoever. We receive mail from home regularly. No mail has arrived from Rădăuţi for you. Everything is alright here; we are leading a good life. Iacobaş and Tamara are missing the whole family, the elderly lady in particular, to whom he wishes the best of health. The envelope was handed over to the recipient immediately. I gave them your regards, for which everyone is thankful and happily returns. Your company´s store hasn´t yet been taken over. On our part we wish [you] good health. [signature]
